With all the uncertainty of international travel and holiday bookings being postponed, the Parasol Group have taken the decision to offer full cash refunds for holidays booked in 2020 up to September 30.
If your holiday is booked after this date we will be reviewing the situation reguarly and will act accordingly and swiftly to alleviate any stress.
Consistent with our Terms and Conditions, the current situation is considered an extra-ordinary event that no one could foresee and we have taken an executive decision that you are most likely to return to us in the future if there is no quibble over the return of any monies paid to date.
